For content hosted on external servers, we will remove our links and embeds promptly. To remove the underlying content, you must contact the hosting provider directly.

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a valid notice, you must provide all of the following information in writing:

Your full legal name, and a statement that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
The exact URL(s) on magicgames where the alleged infringing content appears

A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notice Procedure

Repeat Infringer Policy

magicgames may terminate, at our sole discretion, accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
